• Achieve Monthly or Yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement sales plan, Event or campaign to achieve the sales target.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and promotional expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Proper understanding of customer’s demand and presenting appropriate product according to his demand.
• Coordinated with Business development & Design Section for new product add in portfolio.
• Drive on full speed to acquire customer database from different sources.
• Ensure proper documentation for record in the time of selling.
• Always maintain approved price, if any changes then take necessary approval.
• Maintain regularly Advertisement response report and report to MD through the CBO.
• Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by MD & CEO.
• Timely update unsold and submitted to monthly meeting.
