A reputed BPO company is looking for a few 'Customer Service Executive' for their different Walk-in Center.
Job Responsibilities:
*To perform all front desk activities on a daily basis and maintain quality customer service.
*To follow up day to day RSP services and find out the Risk in terms of quality assurance.
*To produce feedback to customer Complains on priority basis and handle critical customer.
*To meet the compliance of sales procedure.
*To prepare the daily operational Reports from system and manual for supervisor as per management required.
*To upsell and cross-sell as per target.
*To maintain inventory individual level and WIC level.
Education: Must be graduated
Experience: 1 years’ experience will be given an advantage.
Fresher's with good communication skill are also encouraged to apply
Salary: 16,000 Taka (11,200 taka fixed and 4,800 taka variable)
Job Location: Anywhere in Dhaka
